Moonblossom Flowers

Moonblossom flowers are a dandelion-like flower that grows in thick bunches. They normally grow in forested areas and bloom only in the full moon. The flowers are a silvery-white color, with deep (almost black) colored stems and buds. The flowers are valued for their pollen, which causes a creature to become drowsy within at least an hour of ingesting it. The creature must make a wisdom check to stay awake. The flowers have been known to grow near carnivorous plants, putting animals to sleep and sharing the compost created.

In order to grow properly, the Moonblossom flowers need blood as well as water and (some) sunlight. They are sometimes used in potions and poisons.
